设计前思
遵义是首批国家历史文化名城，底蕴深厚，享誉全国。建筑为大都会风格，注重优雅细节，代表着一种摩登生活方式，一种低调的奢华，景观希望沿袭这种雅致的都会品质。那么，如何结合项目地块特征，寻求匹配产品风格、产品定位、客群诉求的理想家园，在闹市中寻得一片能让心灵放松的生活栖息地？我们不断地寻找答案……
我们最终找到了格莱美西花园这个完美的对标点。格莱美西花园位于纽约的中心，但很私密隐蔽。这里是新贵的向往，当尊贵的客人进入这个宁静的公园，也进入了一个安静的纽约，一段优雅的时光。设计想要从格莱美西花园出发，复刻匠心经典、邂逅都会传奇，打造一个源于经典的私享人文社区。
Zunyi is a historical and cultural city. The architecture is of metropolitan style, paying attention to elegant details, representing a modern lifestyle, the landscape hopes to follow this elegant metropolitan style. How to combine the characteristics of the project plot to find an ideal home, so as to find a living habitat that can relax the soul in the downtown area? We keep looking for answers...
We finally found Gramercy Garden. The Garden is in the heart of New York, but it's private. when guests enter this park, they also enter a quiet New York City for a time of elegance. The design wants to start from the Gramercy Garden, create a private cultural community.

景观结构
整体景观格局以二环、三轴线、多层级展开。有氧活力环、商业时尚环，内外联动，激活全区；艺术荣耀之轴、礼序拾光之轴、人文静享之轴，共同搭建起场地空间骨架，串联多个节点；遵循空间层级原则，由社区前场进入门厅空间、社区空间、组团空间，至邻里空间、宅前空间，层层向内，循序渐进。
The overall landscape pattern is developed by two rings, three axes and multiple levels. Internal and external linkage, activate the whole district. Axis build the space framework of the site and connect multiple nodes; Follow the principle of space, layer by layer to the inside, step by step.

格莱美西都会花园
场景营造上，设计传承品质、落位生活，精心复刻格莱美西都会经典。根据不同时间段的活动需求、以及不同年龄人群的使用特征，设置多处功能节点，智趣共享、欢乐体验，开启格莱美西的一天，带来花园中的惬意生活。
The design inherit quality, carefully Gramercy Garden. According to the needs of activities in different time periods, as well as the use characteristics of people of different ages, set up a number of functional nodes, open the Gramercy Garden day, bring a comfortable life in the garden.
映入眼帘的是绝对中轴对称的大都会经典格局，主题化铺装、logo水景、门楼景墙、序列灯柱构成一处半围合空间，一处水柱跃动的流光广场，彰显轴线格局和尊贵礼遇。酒店式入口，精致的水景点缀门厅空间。都会风格特有的仪式感由此向内延伸，品质花园归家之旅自此开启。
The absolutely axismetrical classic pattern of metropolis. Themed pavement, logo waterscape, gatehouse view wall and sequence of lamp posts constitute a semi-enclosed space, a streamer square with water column dancing, highlighting the axis pattern and noble courtesy. Hotel-style entrance, exquisite water features space. The unique sense of ceremony extends inward, and the quality garden brings home journey begins.
草坪空间为集中绿地的要求提供支撑，左右两侧打造一种摩登都会公园大道的空间氛围。外围归家步道结合草坪游园步道，形成不同的层次和体验。超大的阳光草坪提供了无限的参与可能性。阳光草坪伴着光影艺术客厅，作为核心礼序的轴线花园，给人提供一处公共交流的场所，住户们在此聚拢，邻里愉悦交流，孩童欢快游戏。
The lawn space supports the requirement of centralized green space, creating a modern urban park atmosphere . Form different levels and experiences. The oversized sun lawn offers endless possibilities for participation. The sun lawn as the core ritual sequence, provides a place for public communication, where residents gather, neighbors communicate happily, and children play happily.
大面积阳光草坪, 邂逅清新鲜氧，成为业主的主要活动场地。艺术雕塑在开敞的草坪空间中心，成为点睛之笔。雕塑溯源古希腊神话中 “幸福天使”的故事，“幸福天使”贝尔蒂右手拿着掌握人们时运的魔杖，左手拿着一把降赐幸福的金钥匙。钥匙作为希望的象征，寓意幸福天使将美好和好运带给人间。
A large area of sun lawn, encounter fresh oxygen, become the owner's main activity space. Art sculpture in the center of the open lawn space. The sculpture can be traced back to the story of the "Angel of happiness" in ancient Greek mythology. the angel holds the wand of fortune in his right hand and the golden key of happiness in his left hand. The key as a symbol of hope, meaning the angel of happiness will bring good luck to the world.
多样化的娱乐设施，不止小孩子可以玩耍，更是全龄层面的活动场所。绿色、轻松的环境，提供孩童间玩耍互动的场地，有助于形成友谊、建立朋友圈。小朋友和卡通造型器械一起欢快舞动旋律的同时，通过认识感知不同的颜色和形状，在玩乐中学习。孩子会在这里结识更多小伙伴，大人与小孩也可以共享亲子趣味游戏时刻。
A variety of entertainment facilities, not only children can play, but also the whole age level of activities. The green and relaxed environment provides a place for children to play. Children learn by playing and perceiving different colors and shapes.They can get to know more friends here, and adults and children can also share parent-child fun games.
宅间地带视野开阔、鸟语花香，可供休闲小驻，营造景观品质的同时，赋予场地更多的功能，让每个年龄段的居住者都可以找到自己的户外活动方式和邻里方式。结合消防登高场地设置弧形休闲座椅供人停留，是一处安静舒适的休养花园。早起的老人可以迎着晨光打健身拳，也可以伴着鸟鸣花香遛遛弯儿，锻炼身体的同时，还可以呼吸晨间好空气，看看身边的美景。
The area between the house can be used for leisure residence. Residents of every age can find their own way of outdoor activities and neighborhood. A quiet and comfortable rest garden. The old people who get up early can do exercise in the morning light, or go for a walk with the birds singing and fragrance of flowers. They can also breathe the good morning air and see the beautiful scenery around them.
爱宠联盟以喀斯特地貌为灵感原型，以高低错落的座椅为结构载体，内部设置有宠物草坪、宠物训练器材、宠物便便池等功能小品，场地位置不会对周边居民造成干扰，同时又能满足住户与爱犬亲密相处的需求。闲时带上家里的小可爱，尽情享受主宠休闲时光。
The pet park takes the high and low scattered seats as the structural carrier, and sets the pet lawn, pet training equipment, pet urinal and other functional pieces in the interior. The location of the site will not cause interference to the surrounding residents, and at the same time, it can meet the needs of residents to get along with their dogs intimately.

设计师语
大都会景观风格在寻找古典与现代的平衡点和契合点。我们意在打造一处轻奢的都会风格景观社区，既有都会的典雅仪式，也有现代的轻快自然。传统经典的气场带来尊贵的归家体验，仪式感的场景营造让生活充满诗意，拥有继续前进的动力。在城市中造一座花园，在花园里安家。
The metropolitan landscape style is looking for the balance point and meeting point between classical and modern. We intend to create a light luxury city style landscape community, with both elegant ceremony of the city and modern light nature. It brings a noble homecoming experience, and makes life full of poetry. Make a garden in the city. Make a home in the garden.
